Quality of Research
In the last Research Excellence Framework (REF 2014) Pathway institutions made submissions to UoA 36 – Communication, Cultural and Media Studies, Library and Information Management and to UoA 11 – Computer Science and Informatics.
More than 90% of the research undertaken was judged to be internationally recognised.
More than half of the research undertaken was judged to be 4* (Quality that is world-leading in terms of originality, significance and rigour) or 3* (Quality that is internationally excellent in terms of originality, significance and rigour).
